"I am an avid traveler, and I have been travelling for 3 weeks hence I have tried many hotels, this one is one of the worst hotels with very rude staff. Upon checking in, the staff refused to speak in english, even though they spoke fluently, they presented us with a room with broken door and AC. After discussion over how we need the room door to lock, they moved us to another room with broken AC. They were very rude after we accidentally bumped into the lamp and were very disrespectful.
