"I loved staying here! The breakfast was excellent and had a lot of options. The rooms were clean and the hotel was modern. They have heated roof top pool that we thoroughly enjoyed each day we were here - in 3-9 degree temperatures. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreal. "

"The room we were initially given was filled with big black boxes full of electronics, and plastic and cardboard boxes. We went to the service desk to ask for a different room and they offered one, without an explanation or offer of services. We went downstairs later on to ask for compensation for the mishap. "Front desk staffs were nice and speaks English fluently. The room was kept clean everyday by the cleaners. We were happy for easy parking--had a free valet parking. The place is close to restaurants and very convenient to walk around downtown. We enjoyed our stay specially the complimentary coffee-- nespresso every morning in the room. The only down side is, only one elevator is functioning during our stay. The main lobby is spacious with comfy seats. The hotel smells good too even the hallway....
