"Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Shout out to Jacob at the Front desk. He was very nice and professional. He helped us check in and answered all questions as it was our first time in Laval. Very competent young man. All other staff were great. Facilities were well maintained and clean. Quatrz restaurant was very nice as well"

"This hotel is super nice and very classy. It’s fairly old but has been completely renovated. Rooms are spacious, clean with very nice furniture. Comfortable bed, high quality bedding and linens. Indoor pool and hotub very nice, loads of clean fluffy towels. Reception desk very pleasant attendants, polite, courteous and happy to answer questions and help with general information. Ample free parking. Grounds are magnificent overlooking St-Laurence river. A nice touch for the holiday period, the Christmas decorations are really beautiful which conveys a cosy feeling. Shops and restaurants are numerous and closeby, about 10 minutes by car. I will definitely stay there again."

"We had access to the club lounge with our room. The variety of cold and hot hors d'oeuvres and beverages served there during dinner hours was really great. The breakfast served in the club lounge has many cold and hot options as well. The fact that it's available 24/hours for soft drinks, coffees, teas and snacks is also perfect. Even though the room is outdated, the bed was exactly what we needed for a good night of sleep. There's a tv with access to Netflix/Amazon. Room service menu was great and is cooked by the hotel restaurant. They were fast and the food was warm and delicious. The amenities (jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and pool) were fantastic. Theres's also a gym. Overall, we'd recommend the club lounge room for all the extra options included. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We can't wait to come back!"
