"Hotel is in a nice location. The spa is a bit limited, during our stay the steam room was not working and the sauna had to be re-activated to keep it on and this was not obvious. The pool is good but cool. Administration (front desk), it is a bit disorganised. On checking in we were given the wrong room (town side) even though we had paid for port side. "The hotel was lovely and staff was friendly. The room was very comfortable. Would recommend staying here. Do not recommend Cafe Victor. The waiter in the three piece suite is pompous and arrogant. He made us feel uncomfortable and caught him smirking at us as we struggled to read French. We didn’t return for breakfast. "

"Stayed here for 2 nights as an emergency place to stay as I had mechanical problems on my bike. The staff were absolutely superb. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful making recommendations on where to visit and how to travel on the excellent, cheap and frequent bus service into town.
