"Hotel is in a nice location. The spa is a bit limited, during our stay the steam room was not working and the sauna had to be re-activated to keep it on and this was not obvious. The pool is good but cool. Administration (front desk), it is a bit disorganised. On checking in we were given the wrong room (town side) even though we had paid for port side. "What a beautiful Hotel. We arrived late but were still able to book for dinner in the restaurant. We had the most beautiful room and we had a really good nights sleep, with our two dogs in the room too. Lovely people, very kind and accommodating in every way. Dinner was absolutely delicious and I can honestly say the best dessert I have ever had. I would highly recommend this hotel to one and all. It was an absolute bargain for the calibre of establishment. Wonderful, if I could give it 10...

"The private heated indoor pool was a real highlight for us. The host was friendly and welcoming and communication was good. The property is well-equipped and in a good location. There is a cycle path nearby that takes you into the local town. There’s a choice of local supermarkets, a McDonald’s, a park with mini golf etc. Dieppe is a nice seaside town about 45 minutes drive away, there’s a good theme park about 30 minutes away, the labyrinth maze about 10 mins away and wildlife parks etc too....
