"The hotel was nice but was disappointed that the heavily advertised hot tub was exclusive to over 18 with an additional fee. I feel like this age restriction should be disclosed prior to booking. Apart from that it was a very nice hotel with lovely staff, in a nice city."

"Very nice hotel. We had to ask to change our room because it was joined with another one and we could hear someone talking all the time. Luckily there was a different room available and it was really nice and quiet there. Disappointed with very slow internet. "This property is not in the middle of the shopping or dining district. While it is a short walk, you will walk through an area with a lot of homeless people. The hotel is secure and does have a good view. "

"I liked it had shuttle service to the airport. While I mentioned this was important at check in, I wasn’t told I needed to place a reservation for the shuttle. I did get on the shuttle by luck. It is a nice hotel with a lovely lobby."

"The room smelt of bad drains. In fact the whole corridor smelt awful as we were walking to the room. We were so tired from the journey we put up with it and mentioned it at reception when paying. It was met with a shrug of the shoulders, as if it wasn't their problem. Nothing was deducted from the bill, so we paid alot for a really poor experience and shan't be returning. "Hotel has seen better days. Properly is outdated. One female waitress was excellent in the evening, had an attitude that she is talking to equals. The male waiters and reception employee had an arrogant attitude, although everyone was polite. I speak fluently French but with an accent, maybe that was the reason. Or the fact that we are a gay couple just resonated badly. The morning staff at breakfast and checkout were however excellent, warm and caring, giving a feeling that they genuinely...

"What a wonderful place. The apartment was clean and airy with a balcony to enjoy having a meal,glass of wine or coffee. Everything you need in the kitchenette apart from a frying pan and or a saucepan(just a huge cooking pot). Only down side is there isn't any Aircon in the room so it's very hard to sleep in the night- the mobile fan just moves the warm air around. Spa is wonderful!!! Our favourite place across our trip in Spain and France. Would visit again. "

"A beautiful hotel situated in a quiet little corner of Vichy town centre. Ideal for a stop off on the long journey home. Despite there not being enough space in the car park, we were able to park safely just outside the hotel, the staff were quick to help. Our room was lovely- spacious, cool, modern and equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely book here again- a superb stay! "

Comfortable stay.

"A very comfortable room and a great shower! The hairdryer in my room didn’t work but they sent someone up with another which was fine. And they asked me to move my car from the outside parking to the underground garage. No big deal and I actually preferred that option. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended. "
