"Upon my arrival, Gil was so helpful in accommodating my specific needs for my trip! The hotel is very well kept and it’s conveniently located near restaurants, bakeries, and importantly all the sites if you’re visiting to walk the path of St. Therese. "Lovely hotel. It’s very nice that they have a complimentary shuttle into town and a symbiotic relationship with their sister property in town, Le Normandy. Be sure to check out live piano music there on the weekend. Beware that they don’t speak any English at this property, which I found surprising for a four star. "

"We took the biggest and the most expensive room in this hotel. The room had an amazing big kitchen, yet no normal shelves in the bathroom. Room was big, bed was a tiny queen size. No air conditioner Phone in the room has no connection to the reception/room service/housekeeping etc. For us, the cold welcome, unfriendly attitude - were a first time experience and hopefully the last one. "

"Really gorgeous hotel, grounds are very pretty and well kept. Staff were incredibly helpful. The only thing that was missing was there wasn’t a restaurant on site for evening meals. But there was a lovely snack menu and Deauville was 10 mins drive away and has plenty of restaurants. Would highly recommend. "
