"Room was nice. Spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful. Ice machine was nonexistent on our floor, broken on the next floor. Our shower head was broken and maintenance didn’t know how to fix it, but finally gave my husband a wrench to do it himself. "

"Solo traveller! This was my first ever trip to Montreal and I had a marvelous stay!! I had a lovely view of the water front, the room was modern, comfortably furnished, and tastefully decorated. "I had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, and the architecture is absolutely beautiful. The staff were all so polite and helpful. However, I think the pillows in my room could use a little improvement for better comfort. Also, I'd love to see a more enticing breakfast spread with a bit more variety. Overall, it was a lovely experience!"
