"Great location with amazing views. On a busy road but this didn’t bother us. Friendly, helpful staff, especially Cesar on reception at check in. Free hot drinks, pop corn and sweets in the lobby. Complimentary wine, chocolates and drinks in the mini bar were a very nice surprise. Decent gym with cardio machines, free weights and a cable machine but no air conditioning which meant it was very hot! Nice looking sauna and hamas area although we didn’t use these. Lots of restaurants within walking...

"The location of the hotel is nice, right by the lake. The room is spacious. The staff are nice. Transportation is convenient. However, there is no AC, so it will be uncomfortable in hot summer. "

"Very cozy and quiet hotel in this adorable region of Switzerland. Good value for money with a great service, good bar and restaurant. Very nice indoor pool. Public buses in front of the hotel to the center and train stations of Saanen and Gstaad."

"Even though I don’t think it was intentional our check-in was a bit off putting. The air conditioning or fan didn’t work, quite stuffy so we had to leave windows open all night. Only one low pillow, found this uncomfortable even though bed comfortable. Carpets quite stained. Breakfast was 27CHF ($46 AUD each) felt this was very expensive. Pleased there was plenty of free parking. Easy walk into town centre."

"Attached to the thermal baths and Nordic Spa is super convenient (access included in hotel rate). Staff try really hard to make it a pleasant experience. The rooms are reasonably up to date, though the bathrooms are smallish, particularly the showers. Dining options are slightly limited with the onsite buffet and the nearby Chalet a la carte Swiss traditional food. The included breakfast was decent basic offering, not high end. Overall a very pleasant and convenient way to do the Bains. "

"Everyone was very nice and helpful. The Spa/pool area is really nice! Especially after a day of skiing! Although note that it closes at 7PM and not 8PM as it’s indicated. Definitely would recommend. "
