"I liked that it is dug into the side of Ragusa Ibla with rooms stacked vertically from the road up to the old town and they on the 5th floor you can exit to the back streets. Parking was okay… I think would have not been so easy at a busier time of the year. The exterior is welcoming as was the person at reception. "Staff is extremely courteous and polite. My only small negative comment is that (for my tastes) the hotel should have tea & coffee making in the rooms. PS. I know that this is Sicily and that your coffee is either expresso or cappuccino, but at least you can provide it to when you have other Nationals staying at your marvelous hotel.
