"Hotel is a lovely well presented place located just outside Verona. Found it very easy to get around using the bus. A quick 7 min bus journey from a bus stop located just over the other side of the road. The hotel staff were helpful and attentive. Asked for extra pillows and the lovely lady from reception brought them up to our room. The bed was nice and comfortable, rooms were quiet, clean and had plenty of plug sockets. "I stay here every year for the last 3 years a particular event in Verona and not only is it convenient this year they welcomed me back audibly when i walked it, I was surprised that they knew my name, that was an exceptional touch. Staffing is incredibly kind and generous all smiles all the time! "

"The rooms are quite nice. The location is nearly 2kms outside of Verona central. The walk is not very pleasant and you need to cross a freeway. However the hotel provides a one way shuttle into Verona which is really great. There is very limited taxis though so coming back at night after dinner or when it’s raining you are still going to have to walk. We still had a lovely stay regardless"

"Hotel is right across the courtyard from the Royal Palace and a short walk from most of the other sites one would want to visit as a tourist. Rooms were good sized and well-appointed with great bed and well-outfitted bathrooms. Staff were helpful in recommending restaurants nearly and answering other tourist-related questions. Definitely a good place to stay for its location although about 15 minute walk away from the train station."

"Check in was quick but the attendant wasn’t friendly. We were looking for ice and all he had to say was - no ice. My room didn’t have a shower head, lacked a set of robes and slipper which I had made the staff aware. "
