"Nice Hotel, But Check-In Was a Disaster The hotel itself was great—modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms and bathrooms were nice, and the breakfast was good. However, the check-in process was a complete mess. We were a group of over 25 people, yet there was only one person handling check-ins.
