"Staff is extremely courteous and polite. My only small negative comment is that (for my tastes) the hotel should have tea & coffee making in the rooms. PS. I know that this is Sicily and that your coffee is either expresso or cappuccino, but at least you can provide it to when you have other Nationals staying at your marvelous hotel. "Stayed for 3 nites Air Conditioner was broke and not working the first night but they brought us a fan which helped and they fixed it the next morning. Breakfast was great the first morning and went downhill from there- $8.00 per person. Probably not worth it but the coffee was good. No cafe near by. Shower great. Staff helpful. Old building in not a very pretty area but safe enough. Elevator helpful for luggage. Great restaurants on the beach. "

Réceptionniste froide et pas serviable. Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale (on nous a donné une chambre simple), si nous n'avions rien dit l'hôtel n'aurait rien changé. "We struggled getting to this hotel. The bridge across the gap was one-way...the wrong way. After I broke the law to run in for instructions, the staff person directed me down this curved road to a tiny parking garage with a kooky man in charge. We were highly confused, language issues, but we got to our room. Our room was sizeable, with a balcony looking out over the gap, bridge, and kooky man's parking garage.
