"Although the hotel was located next to the train station, the sound proofing was effective. Check-in was a bit odd since reception desk is not on the level of the main entrance (from street). In-room AC didn't seem functional, so we ended up with the window open - listening to the train station sounds anyway."

"A very nicely appointed hotel with comfy rooms and a good shower. Nice balcony. Our meal in the restaurant was tasty and the ambiance was nice. Nice coffee shops nearby for breakfast. No electric car charger in the car park under the hotel. We had a noon checkout but the room key deactivated before this. Getting it reactivated took far longer and more attempts than it should which was frustrating."

"The atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful, staff are so welcoming and friendly. They were knowledgeable and helpful in offering us suggestions of sites to see and places to eat. They had umbrellas, hair dryer, iron and ironing board which one needs on holiday. Having a mini fridge in the room was great so we could have additional drinks we could keep cold. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Frankenthal."

"Only there for one night. Picked it because it offered airport transportation for our flight home the next morning. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it was about a 40 minute drive to the airport. I'm sure it's a lovely property... we didn't have an opportunity to explore or experience much, since we arrived late at night and had to leave early the next morning.
