"I only gave 4 stars due to the check-in process. It is unorganized and they don't start check-in until AFTER the check-in time. Most hotels will give you rooms as they become available, as to not back up the checkins for other guests, but this was horrible. The room was okay. Good for the price we paid. Parking was good because it was abundant spots in the lot across the street."

"Extremely clean and staff is so professional. I would choose this place over other hotels . Excellent choice to get a five star place and treatment with reasonable prices. The restaurant is amazing, the chef and his line cooks clearly love their job and the place they work at. Buffet menu is different but same great taste. Waiters and host extremely professional and friendly. Front desk are very accommodating and knowledgeable. I give this place a solid five star. Great staff to remember ....

"The only thing I didn't like about my room was the smell of cigarette:( it was too strong. With that said, I still recommend it. Everyone welcomes you with a smile! I had lunch and dinner in one of their restaurants and I loved it. I left this morning and said to the receptionist that they'll see me back the future :)"

"The Hotel was in a very convenient location near shopping Malls, many restaurants and the Joan metro station was only a 10 minute walk. The room was nice and spacious with good views and facilities , staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside for someone like me who likes to sleep early there was loud music playing till late every night. Apart from that i enjoyed my stay. "
