"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. "Very nice resort! Excellent breakfast!! Room was clean and nice except there was no air conditioning and no screen on the French door. The door had to be kept open 24/7 for air, which let in neighbor's smoke and bugs!! Would go back to the new section of the resort."

"Netter Empfang, tolles Appartement. Das Sofabett auch für 2 große Jugendliche ausreichend und bequem. Frühstückseier können selbst von den Hühern geholt werden und auch das Hochbeet mit Kräutern und Tomaten, etc. steht zur allgemeinen Verfügung. Das schöne Strandbad ist in Gehweite (mit eigenem Bollerwagen pro Appartement). Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, sehr zu empfehlen! "
