On the nearby Petzen mountain, you can whizz down the bike park or the various MTB trails in summer or experience beautiful hikes, as well as skiing or snowboarding on over 15 kilometres of pistes in winter. The highest Christmas market in Austria is also located here. There is also an e-charging station at the holiday flat, extensive walks along the Drau or fishing are possible in the immediate vicinity, and the famous Wildenstein waterfall is not far away with an additional Flying Fox. The nearest lakes are Lake Turner and Lake Linsendorf, where you can cool off and relax. The area around the Hochobir is also ideal for sporting activities such as mountain hikes, mountain biking and much more, or you can visit the popular stalactite cave.
