"Staff was great. Every time I had a question, (and I had a lot) they bent over backward to help. I do wish they offered a shuttle to/from the metro. When you get off the train, it’s a 10-15 min walk uphill in the cold to return to the hotel. Also, I wish we had more dining options, but the free breakfast is a full breakfast which is nice. "First of all, I need to commend the front desk staff for being so friendly and helpful! There was not a single time we passed by the desk that we weren't greeted by the staff. I also greatly appreciated being able to check in early and leave our bags, rather than finding somewhere to store them. Our room had a great view and although the room was small, we found it quite comfortable. The location is great, walking distance to some great shops, restaurants, and the transit system is very robust...

"The staff and property were wonderful. Very convenient location. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs or a source of white noise, the neighbourhood gets loud on a Thursday/Friday night due to a nearby club."

"This property is close to the airport but you have to pay for the shuttle bus. This is not covered by the Oslo pass so consider that when staying here vs in Oslo directly. Breakfast buffet had many options and fresh bread & pastries. I did not eat at the restaurant."
