"The hotel is a nice discovery and a modern interior with a heritage exterior. Even the parking is underground that takes your car on an elevator. I enjoyed the facilities except a few downs. One is they don’t have an iron in the room, even the one they brought on request didn’t work. The housekeeping was requested to do the cleaning towards the evening but they didn’t show up. We asked for two plates and cutleries, cutleries were clean but the plates looked as if they didn’t wash them....

"Nice location. Food was great. It's linked to a mall which has lots of shopping options. Rooms were big and comfy. Buffet was a large spread of a number of options."

"We stayed here for three night and had a great time. Friendly staff and helpful pool staff. The breakfast options were amazing. Huge variety to choose from. The only complaint would be the front desk staff were not helpful. Couldn’t answer some of our questions. The bell boys on the other hand were great. Gave us advice on taxis and other questions we had. They seem to know the area well."

"The room was spacious. Neat and tidy. Bathroom was clean. Linen were good too. 2 big beds, a working table and a couch. Lots of storage space. The stay was quite comfortable. Walkable distance to Galle Face beach. We did not opt for the Breakfast choice while booking. Upon enquiring at the reception, we were told it costed 4K LKR per head, which we felt is pretty expensive. "

"This is 4 star property with 5 star service. Staff are friendly, welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent amenities, easy to get around the city and good access to airport. Great variety of food, also cater well for people with food intolerance. "
