"Novotel is definitely a great resort for families. It has a ton of amentities including a weekly activity schedule that has something for everyone. Free bicycles, tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Always something to do if you'd prefer to stay on resort grounds. The staff are very friendly and are quick to help. "Definitely would book here again! The hotel staff were amazing! Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Kitchen staff is wonderful and food is good here. One hiccup we faced was our deep sea fishing trip was cancelled, but we were not notified by hotel staff due to weather related issue earlier, which was understandable, however we waited in the lobby for 30mins then told our driver was not coming. "Hotel was nice, staff were friendly. We had a room overlooking the pool which was very nice. The spa facilities was great. Location was a bit further out from the main township of Phu Quoc, however if you wanted to just relax this is the place to be."
