"About 10min walk from the station (got Pisamover from the airport) and 15/20kmin walk to the Leaning Tower. Close to the main shopping area and a supermarket a few mins down the road. Room was clean and spacious, plenty of choice for breakfast but the dining room gets busy. Would stay here again. "

"I had a wonderful weekend in Lucca and I was very happy with San Luca Palace. I work online and for me the quality of wifi is the top importance and unfortunately quite often although the hotel website indicates they have wifi the quality would be very poor and I would not be able to do my work properly and would get anxious about it. Wifi was working very well, staff was helpful and the room was spacious. I look forward to being back to Lucca and staying in San Luca Palace. Thank you! "

However, the breakfast area staff was noisy, talking to one another loudly and nonstop, not allowing customers to have a comfortable breakfast. The same applies to the room cleaning staff. "Beautiful 15th century villa , with manicured grounds . Restaurant was excellent, but rather expensive . Bfst was excellent. 4 km out of Lucca on Busy highway , so couldnt walk into town . Partially offset by a bus route appropriately 600 meters from property. Enjoyed walks in the countryside. Loved our stay overall !!"
