Nothing was working in that room : fridge, AC, TV, shower was leaking water outside of the shower and the drain was really slow. After numerous complaints our room was changed after 24 hours of suffering (96 degrees F). Immediately after we moved, the room was assigned to a different guest from the US. "We stayed over two weeks. Daily breakfast excellent Very clean, helpful staff. However pool amenities and spa are additional and not open daily. Shower stall floor is very slippery with no handrails. "
