If you have carry-on luggage, it will be a challenge to get to the second floor where the hotel is as there are no elevators. It works for me since I had a backpack only The staff was very helpful and friendly. Customer service is excellent. It was definitely a memorable experience"

"We stayed in the executive room with the jacuzzi bath in the room and it was simply the best, the room was huge, the bed was super comfy and the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing the staff were so very helpful in every way and it was a gorgeous hotel, the shuttle bus was superb to get you into the city centre and back, we would highly recommend this hotel "
