"Cour d'Alsace is a beautiful historic Alsacion hotel. It has more modern wings added to the original building and they are very nicely done. The styling, decor etc is first class and our room was quite large, beautifully appointed with one of the biggest and best bathrooms we have ever experienced in Europe. "Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). The pool has very specific, very strict only-in-France rules about attire and etiquette. If you don’t immediately know what I’m talking about, you should look into French spa requirements.
