Gros malaise ...
Gros malaise ! A notre arrivée , accueillis par une charmante jeune fille , qui commence à nous expliquer les modalités de séjours tout de suite reprise par son encadrante ... " Je t ai déjà dit 3 fois ....que " Devant nous , on ne fait pas ça devant les clients ...et ça n était pas finit ...la jeune fille nous demande si nous déjeunerons sur place ? Nous réfléchissons .. Son " encadrante" : il faut nous dire maintenant, nous commandons a une boulangerie ( sur un ton !! ) . Je lui ai répondu que nous déjeunerons autre part!! Le lendemain matin 9h : Malgré un écriteau ne pas déranger ...une femme de service se présente en toquant a la porte pour faire le ménage !!!! Bilan , nous pensions réserver pour 3 jours ...nous avons réservé , dans un autre hôtel dans le centre de Colmar . Ou l accueil est courtois et professionnel .
