"We did excursions and the place we had to meet were minutes away from the Hotel. Excellent location from the old town for shopping and eating. The lady that took care of us at the Hotel was great and a down to earth person. She had a Sassy Attitude and I mean that in a good way. I almost forgot about the great breakfast that was included. "The hotel has been tastefully refurbished and is smart and clean. Rooms are a good size and are well equipped. The balcony, overlooking the garden, was a good size. The food was excellent quality with a selection of buffet items at lunch and a full evening menu well above usual hotel standards. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had an issue with one person and this was immediately dealt with- the management is really on the ball. There is no lift so customers with mobility problems need to be aware of this. The hotel is in a quiet area. It has its own grounds and a pool. However, you can also use the facilities in a neighbouring hotel. Access to the very clean beach is through the garden gate- there are also opportunities for coastal walks. "
