"It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. To begin with, the apartment has only one air condition for three rooms which was unacceptable considering the fact that it was 38 degrees. There were no towels and they brought us finally a few towels which were dirty (no more comments). Also, the room stinks. "This hotel was a little hard to find at first, due to the way addresses work in Croatia. There was ample off-street parking and a little beach nearby. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful - she gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation (Restoran Pumpurela). This place (Vinjerac) has a very chill seaside atmosphere. "The staff were rude with them bursting into our room one night of which I then tried to close the door a bit and just speak to her myself through a smaller gap explaining that people in the room were undressed and she shouted that she didn’t care and burst the door open in front of otheir guests outside the room too! The food was horrible they gave my friend an undercooked lasagne so she sent it back and then they served it to her absolutely burnt to a crisp. They also ran out of water for hours...

"The place was alright, I wouldn't say it was a luxury boutique property. It was clean and tidy but the basic amenities like soap, coffee, tea and anything of that nature was severely lacking. Even the a/c was under sized for the size of apartment."

"We took the ferry from Zadar and drove to the apartment. Parking was also easy to locate on the premises. We had a super friendly welcome from Gianni who gave us a room with a great view and recommendations for different places to visit and restaurants to try in Dugi Otok.Thanks! We ate in the grill restaurant on our first night too and food was tasty and Gianni and the guys there were super friendly. "
