"We were never given information about property(beach area). Their day pass customers took over the entire pool area and we couldn’t find a chair to enjoy the main reason we booked the property. Wanted a relaxing environment shown on the pictures. We would never go back on a weekend. Felt overcharged for what was available. Food was great in restaurant though."

"fast "check in" . The only hiccup was that the front gate guy didn't speak English very well. But otherwise, clean and air conditioning worked well. pool was nice, great sunset view from it"

"I can't say enough good things about the resort at Rancho Santana. The staff were great, the location is great, very nice facility, good food at the restaurant, nice spa, comfortable bed, quiet room. They need to address a couple small details with the room, the air conditioning was just barely sufficient, yet I noticed it was working great in the bathroom downstairs. "Erick the staff member in the main front door was great every time I came into the hotel he greeted me very well and very professional. Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him.
