"We were there only one night on our way to a cruise and it was very rainly. The staff (i believe he was Ricardo)was incredibly helpful in helping us get to our ship the next day when our ship had changed ports. I would definitely go back to experience the city of Chioggia and stay at this pretty hotel when it was not raining buckets! "

"Quality. One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Very modern, very clean, very well-equipped. Great swimming pool. Good gym (for a hotel gym). "We arrived at the hotel early in the afternoon and were immediately offered a choice of available rooms. All the staff were friendly and could not do enough to accommodate us. Andrea speaks French and German whilst Lumi also speaks English so language was not a barrier. The food was delightful and we were happy to allow Lumi free reign to prepare local dishes. "Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn es ein Anliegen unsererseits gab, wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass die Toilette ziemlich hoch war und es ein bisschen schwierig war die Balance zu halten (Rollstuhlfahrerin). Ansonsten war alles top!!"
