"Der Eigentümer des Hauses ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist geräumig. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer Anliegerstraße. Vom Balkon im ersten Stock hat man Ausblick über kleinere Lagunen/Seen (mit Fernglas kann man Flamingos beobachten). Zwei Bäder sind gut renoviert. Die Einrichtung ist angenehm. Die Betten sind fest. "Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Etwas altbacken, aber OK. Der hintere Garten ist quasi nicht nutzbar, da dort weder Stühle noch Sonnenschirme vorhanden sind. Dafür ist die Terrasse vorne sehr schön und die reicht vollkommen aus. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Vear war hervorragend! Zur Lage : Man kann zum Strand laufen, jedoch ist dort fast alles privat mit Sonnenliegen belegt, bis auf ein kleines Stück Freien Strand. "leider entsprach es nicht ganz dem was wir uns gewünscht haben. Auf den Fotos hat es Rasen. Als wir ankamen gab es nur Sand, Dornen und Tannennadeln. Sodass wir am Tag 2-3 Dornen dem Hund entfernen mussten. Auch die Kinder standen auf Dornen. wir konnten somit den Garten mit Kind und Hund nicht benutzen.... Die Dusche wie auch die Küche mussten wir putzen und unter den Betten gab es Staub der älter als 1 Woche war. Nicht gerade toll. einen Dampfabzug gibt es jedoch ohne Abzugsrohr! und das eine...

"Schöne, saubere Villa, oberes Schlafzimmer mit Bad nur über Außentreppe erreichbar. Tolle Blicke über die Lagune. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Pool nicht beheizt, Geschäfte auf der Insel ab Oktober geschlossen, was in der Winterzeit weite Einkaufswege verursacht, auch die meisten Restaurants etc. haben in der Winterzeit geschlossen."
