The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any request, the breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of fresh and diverse options. The room was par for the course, however I found quite strange that there was no ventilation system which could cope with the water vapour after a shower."

"After travelling through central and northern Italy, we were pleasantly surprised to find a nice, modern & comfortable hotel! Room was a very good size. Breakfast had a large variety. We wanted to try the restaurant but it was closed on Sunday which was the only day we were in Verona. Bathtub didn't have a shower curtain so water went on the floor - that was the only issue we had."
