Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. "We had a fantastic stay at Residence Corte San Carlo as a family of 6 with 4 children in tow. The Residence is beautifully renovated and done so to to a really high standard. It is spotlessly clean throughout. We were so comfortable in our apartment (Laguna). We were pleasantly surprised with the added bonus of a lift. "I arrived at about 3 pm. The hotel was with closed and locked gates. I was sure that it was closed as I didn’t see anyone inside. About 45 minutes later the reception person arrived from home. Apparently, his shift starts at 4 pm. I asked to be upgraded from a very old building to a new one. I had to pay extra for the upgrade. I got a room in the new building which was great. "It has master bed and a small bed in the living area. It was 30 minutes walking distance away from the arena and all the entertainment.. wine fest every day people walks everywhere with their glass of wine. You can use public transportation very easy."
