"Lovely place. We stayed with our small dog for a couple of nights. Facilities are amazing, golf, spa, swimming, gym, etc. Set in beautiful, peaceful grounds with easy access to Douglas (20 min drive) We had a 3 course meal in one of the restaurants and not only was the food amazing and very reasonably priced for the quality but it really felt like they went the extra mile... and were happy to. The chef prepared a special sauce to accomodate my partners food intolerances and the dog was offerred a plain char-grilled chicken in the restaurant as well. "

"We had perfect 3 day stay with attention to every detail by the staff. The very traditional hotel had many original features and I would be hard pressed to find any criticisms. My wife and I were both equally happy with our stay."
