Rooms have free crisps /drinks/chocolate - which are replenished daily, a lovely touch. Restaurant was great, steak cooked to perfection as was the room service . "The best (family) hotel in the Isle of Man? We were on the island for a few days and wanted to cover as much as possible of the island. The location was perfect to cover north, south, west and eastern parts of the island. The balcony was in the middle of the building facing the open walkway corridor of the rooms opposite so you cant go to sleep wirh the curtains opening hoping that daylight will wake you natrually unless you want those across from you seeing you walking in your PJs."

However, it sells itself as a luxury apartment and it doesn’t live up to it. Eg. In the bedroom there is only one bedside table and lamp. On one corner of the bed there is only six inches in which to get past. The wardrobe is not great quality and the sliding door comes of it’s rail easily. "Central location, close to bus stops, Cindy the host was lovely and our stay lived up to all the previous reviews we read. Lovely clean room, nice bed, quiet street, had our own kitchenette and living room and bathroom, it was pretty much like renting a whole apartment but cheaper! We felt like we had moved house and it was our own apartment! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone! "
