"This hotel is in the heart of it all in Lausanne, right on the lake, close to the Olympic Museum. So what comes with the territory is it feels cramped and noisy. With the public transportation being as good as it is in Lausanne, I would prefer the next time staying farther away from the hustle and bustle. Parking at this hotel is a pain --- even if you purchase parking, the number of spots is limited."

"This is an excellent hotel. The staff, location and quality of dining is 5-star. I would stay again. Parking is an additional fee of SF15/day. The only complaint is there is no air conditioning in the rooms. On hot days, or even warm days, the rooms are overly warm and the only option is to wait until nightfall and open the patio door - which is a better option if you are not on the ground floor. Opening the window was not a great option since the hotel is located on a busy roundabout. Too warm, too cramped, too noisy…"
