Back down to reception to ask if a single bed could be set up to be met by quite possibly the most abrupt and rude person this hotel employs. "We have stayed at this hotel many times. It is gorgeous! The rooms are lovely and spacious and very clean! We stayed in the junior suite this time and it was exceptional. The staff are very friendly. Bar service is slightly slower than I'd expect but this doesnt take away from how great a hotel this is. Breakfast is lovely and a good selection available "
