"It is an amazing hotel we were sorry did not book for longer"

"Our hotel room was very clean and the property was nice. We had a small view of the river from our room. The mattress in our room was uncomfortable - the springs felt as if they were protruding through and our pillows were extremely flat. We didn’t sleep well, but everything else was lovely and the staff were accommodating and friendly."

"TV and WiFi signal are poor. Irish TV stations are not an issue but any available UK TV channel had poor signal and would freeze on a frequent basis."

"Lovely hotel, great to be next to the shopping center. The walk to reception wasnt great as it was a long walk to my room with 2 lifts. Room was lovely as I got a corner room. It was very clean. Breakfast was expensive "

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms, and loved the entrance with fab staircase. Nice bar and restaurant. Good breakfast options. Cons. The room was very hot. Breakfast was ruined by music being played midway through my sitting. First of all it was loudly tested by the staff and then played consistenly so i had to leave. I think most people want a peaceful breakfast and don't wish to have loud music or listen to staff discussions. Other than that, I would recommend. "

"What a great little spot in the center of the island. We feel like we found a hidden gem--great library lounge, the Dungeon Bar served great food, the staff was amazing. Our room was comfortable and the grounds were an opportunity for adventure."
