"An older hotel but lovely decor . Front desk girl was very sweet and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast could be improved greatly although the attendant was lovely and hardworking. There were no working laundry facilities which is why I chose this option. Things arise but my honest opinion on this matter is that there are corners being cut and it didn’t appear they had a lack of guests . "This was a beautiful and eloquent hotel yet affordable with the friendliest and most attentive staff. The room was cozy, great size… very nice, bed so comfy. I love the shower pressure…water heated up nicely!! So nice. And they made our beds and even added my daughter’s blanket and stuffed animal, so sweet! And the staff literally and happily do everything for you! Valet is top notch. The front desk staff phenomenal, bartender fantastic. I will be staying again! "

"The title says it all. The property is located at the heart of Austin. We walked everywhere in the city. The staff was friendly and the apartment is well-equipped and spacious. We had noisy lodgers upstairs for the first 2 nights which is not the hotel's fault; however, it is worth noting that sound travels between floors. The big question is 'Would I stay here again?' The answer is Yes."
