"I was only there two nights and had a very busy work schedule so I didn’t really have time to address these things with the front desk. There were numerous things that didn’t work right or were loose in the bathroom. And the temperature in the room could not be altered. The switch on the wall was essentially a dummy switch where it read 77, but was not, And was set at 63, which it was not. Between the temperature and the lovely but extremely warm bed covers, it was difficult to sleep well. So...

"The staff - valet/doorman, front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, ALL OF THEM - we warm, friendly, and welcoming! The food in Poets (restaurant and bar) was great. Bed was very comfortable and the walk in shower was roomy and had great water pressure and quick hot water. The room had a couple of minor maintenance issues - the deadbolt didn’t work and the cabinet door in front of the mini fridge didn’t close properly. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Check in and check out was simple and quick, and staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that 2/4 elevators were down so it took forever to get where we needed to go each time. "

"We had a harbor view room. 4th floor. 50$ extra to stay on the 5th or 6th floors. 4th is perfectly fine. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. We checked out the sauna, whirlpool and pool. We did not use them. But they appeared to be maintained well. Coffee shop has good coffee. The restaurant staff on the 2nd floor was very nice to us. Fantastic dirty martini. We had a great time. Highly recommend. "
