"This hotel has great rooms, wonderful staff and is in an ideal location on the waterfront. We arrived around 1pm which meant we were able to secure a hotel parking space. The restaurant was very good, and provided us with a nice view over the bay whilst dining. If we returned to Wellington we would definitely stay in the Copthorne again."

"Good rooms. Two desk clerks could npt recommend places to eat. I asked for a second pillow my first night. No reult, I asked the next morning, still no result by late adternoon. Finally a pillow showed up while at dinner. Everything else was fine."

"Didn't realise you had to pay for overnight parking at the property. Property was modern and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Couldn't fault anything. Would definitely book again. "

"Room was comfortable, but neighbors were very loud 2 of thex3 nights we were there. Front desk was not interested in doing anything about it. Shower had issues which we reported right away but nothing done about it. "

"Found it very hard to find parking near the hotel. Initial check in was very confusing as to what floors to go to for meals and access to shopping centre. A map of the city would have been great. Particularly finding the ferry terminal for transferring to the South Island. "

"The hotel room is very comfortable except the bathroom is so tiny that makes it awkward to move around inside. Also there is very little storage space in the room except a small closet for hanging clothes. All in all is a good hotel though."

"I loved the ease to check in, the space in my room and that I had 3 windows facing in 2 directions so lots of city view. This hotel is central to almost everything and I easily walked to the waterfront, museums and Cuba Mall amongst others. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Just a great stay."

"This location was ideal. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I would especially like to give praise to Lily who was working in the restaurant. She was so sweet and even vouched for us on a mixup at checkout regarding how many times we ate at the restaurant. She knew her customers. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting to explore Wellington as you can walk to a lot of places or use the cuty bus 1/2 block away. "
