"Incredible hotel. This hotel has been recently renovated to a very high standard, especially the Maraval Suite which is perfect for families. The staff at the hotel, especially Laurie, are very helpful. The swimming pool is heated and perfect for both relaxing and swimming lengths. The spa area is very nice too. La chambre était en dessous du standard, pas hyper propre, avec une odeur de moisi. "Accueil plus qu'etrange et vraiment pas agréable, nous avons du attendre 20 minutes la personne devant l'accueil (qui n'était pas sur le site en horaire d'ouverture) la personne ne savait même pas que nous avions une réservation m'a demandé si nous avions déjà réglé et m'a donné un logement au pif. Le logement était nettoyé par les anciens occupants (pas super clean) et surtout aucune désinfection n'a été faite ni avant notre arrivé ni après notre départ en période d'épidémie plutôt moyen."
