The room was quite hot and the aircon didn’t cool it down well, and I don’t think it had been thoroughly cleaned - there were empty shampoo & body wash containers on top of the shower head from the previous guest, and there were a few hairs on the toilet seat. I guessing it is because we were one of the furthest rooms from the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel and if you are lucky enough to stay there, I recommend the Osteria a Priori for dinner. It is across from the hotel and the food is delicious."
