"Hotel staff was very welcoming when we checked in. We got welcome flowers and drinks while waiting for our room during check-in. The hotel is located right across from the beach. Rooms were very spacious and clean, they had an infinity pool and rooftop bar. Hotel was able to help coordinate a private driver for a daytrip tour we wanted and got that arranged very quickly with getting back to me the rate for thr request. Lots of great restaurants and cafe options around that is walkable."

"We had a great stay at Mercure. The breakfast spread was awesome and service staff was absolutely attentive. I am grateful to the receptionist at the cable car station who processed our check-in with not too much hassle as my husband’s English name was not in the passport hence did not match with the booking’s name.
