"The hotel is located about 150 meters away from the ski resort and rental/ school, a very convenient location. They do provide a shuttle service as well, which makes our ski trip easy and comfortable. The owner and all other staff are friendly and helpful, and very clean, nice Layoutroom. "Pros: 1) good location, 2) friendly staff, speaking English, 3) satisfactory food. 4) Good breakfast. Many types of coffee including cappuccino, juices, water from dispensers. Cons: 1) We had a full board which means breakfast, lunch and dinner. To our surprise, for lunch and dinner all drinks disappeared, including water from dispensers; you are forced to buy expensive bottled water. "Absolutely horrible!! This is not a 4* hotel. For the first time during our trip we felt unwelcomed in a hotel. Everything about it and its staff was awkward. The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am.
