"We chose the hotel for its Austrian Background, history and perfect location. Even though the lobby is quite nice, the overall experience leaves much to desire. The service in general is mediocre and conformist, the front-desk girls tend to have an attitude (one hang up to me when I called for a room service tea, and another did not want to take my baggage in storage on the last hours of the last day).The front-desk night shifts have no idea of what goes on in the hotel: from the general rules...

"The hotel is located about 150 meters away from the ski resort and rental/ school, a very convenient location. They do provide a shuttle service as well, which makes our ski trip easy and comfortable. The owner and all other staff are friendly and helpful, and very clean, nice Layoutroom. "It was nice to have breakfast and dinner included in the price. Access to the slopes was awesome, too. Ski locker for free. Our rooms were spacious and had plenty of beds. the pool was simple but fun, about 40 inches deep throughout. The building itself and fixtures in the room and throughout are rather aged and in need of update, but it was a good deal for the price. "A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)"

The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am.
