"Most comfortable bed. Nice modern rooms. We were in room 233. Safe didn’t work and wardrobe lights are on constantly as the doors don’t shut properly. Hopefully they read this and fix these issues. The spa is lovely. Best part of the hotel! Food was a let down for us. The fries and dessert was lovely but the burger for £19 was a frozen beef burger. I was expecting a freshly made beef patty. Huge let down. I don’t think much of breakfast either. Not the best quality. Coffee was bad. I would stay...
