"Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms with everything we needed from coffee to water to mini bar. Room was also lovely and warm. Could do with a mirror (not in bathroom area ) so that someone can put on makeup while someone else is in bathroom. Location is great, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Can walk to all central locations. We would definitely stay here again "

"Heater i ok n the room could not be adjusted. It was like being in a sauna. Called front desk and they said they will turn off the heater. But, it didn’t make a difference."

"It's not a bad location as the metro and tram are five minutes walk away and two stops and you are in the centre. Day reception staff were great and the breakfast was really worth having, delicious and the staff were attentive and helpful. The decor is cool but the cleaning in the rooms was a bit slapdash, honey wasn't replaced and the desk wasn't wiped down, I had a cold so used the honey and spilled some so it was sticky, was like that for two days but otherwise the standard was really...

"Room was okay. The soap dispenser by the bathroom sink was empty when we arrived. Other than, no other issues with the room. Will recommend. "
