"Location was great, very close to St Stephens and a beautiful Christmas Market was right outside. Was frustrated when, after the Hotels.com stated in their description I could pay in cash with Euros, I had to pay in local currency so had to make a card payment. "The guesthouse itself is a nice property. It is very conveniently located near transit, restaurants, shopping and a Lidl. "The staff went above and beyond for me. The was a head of state staying at a nearby hotel and my taxi could not come to the hotel.The driver texted his location but I was unfamiliar with the location. I showed the text to the staff and one of them( sorry that I do not have his name) walked me to meet my taxi. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Budapest."

"The sliding door of the shower kept sliding back, couldn't have a proper shower. Asked staff to fix it on the second day, didn't fix it. Only staying for 2 nights so I just put up with it without asking the staff for help again. Overall, the room was clean and the hotel was safe. Scenic spots in Budapest are basically all packed in the city centre and therefore transport from the hotel was convenient.
