"This is in a great location but the room was a little grubby with the toilet needing to be flushed when we arrived and what felt like crumbs in the bed. The staff are helpful but their systems are soooo slow, taking a very long time to add anything to the room."

"The hotel is clean & the staff are really friendly & helpful. The reception,dining room & bar is very modern but the room we stayed in was quite dated. Also @ the moment there is a lot of building work going on outside the hotel & the road you take to go in the hotel carpark is very difficult to find. An Advanced warning by email would have been very helpful. "

"I stayed in one of the 2 bedroom cottages, it was so peaceful in beautiful surroundings. Very clean warm with all modern facilities. Spacious and convenient parking right next to accomodation. The use of health club facilities was wonderful after a long drive. The staff i dealt with were friendly and welcoming and answered any queries I had. "

Always have time to stop and chat, and have been able to personalise our stay each time. The parking is first come first served, and we miss the refund on having to use the public parking scheme, so you need to get in there early. But the views across the Harbour and the convenience of the location to the town do make up for this. We will...
