We had a standard turret bedroom and whilst it was spacious, the en suite was really small and felt like a shower had been squeezed into a room that used to be a toilet room. There was no space to swing an earwig let alone a cat! The toilet had a cigarette burn on it and the lid on the plastic cistern didn’t fit on the tank. "Staff is helpful and lovely, property is right next to 2 mountain trails so extremely convenient; also right next to carpark so extremely accessible via public transport (one bus from rail station to and fro, as well as bus to Llanberis should you wish to explore the village). Rooms are clean, cosy, and warm. Shared shower has warm water, but would recommend bringing your own slippers to wear while in shower. However, I was pleasantly surprised, the food was fantastic, the bed was super comfortable and the service was outstanding. The room was delightful too, although I was upgraded which was amazing. "
