"Every thing was great EXCEPT the concierge. We booked hop on off @ 56 euros plus gave 5 euro tip. She pointed out the bus stop & told us to wait there. She did not tell us any thing about the buses. She did not say there would be buses to many areas. We booked the SOUTH & ended up on NORTH bus We missed all we wanted to see & ended getting off & ending wrong tour. Waste of 61 euros & time. SHE OFFERED NO REFUND AT ALL ALL. Poor info for travelers that know nothing about bus operations. This...

"Emergency stay so not a problem for me for one night (self propelled wheelchair) Could be a problem /affect stay because wheelchair access is only to reception and from corridor (with tight right-angle making difficult if assistant pushed wheelchair. Cleaning equipment stored in hallway making access more difficult. Access to rooftop bar tight turn and again only possible to order if you have a companion. On plus point the staff were very helpful and happy to do what they could to assist. "

"The hotel was great, very modern and aesthetic. It has amazing facilities that are there for you to use at anytime and enjoy. The only downside is it’s very close to a party area if you are into that then I think you will be fine, we enjoyed the fact shops and food places were always open but didn’t enjoy how busy it was all the time, the drunk people and mess everywhere. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. "

"We liked the hotel as it had a new section that was so up to date. Other than yhe construction in front it was quiet. We just could not get a good meal down stairs. The morning buffett was good but the scrambled eggs needed to be cooked more & not so runny. Shower had mold in the corner & the jacuzzi switch was hidden & we were not told about that. The staff was super friendly & very helpful. Great location for us too."
